Experience Matters. So Does Being Heard.
Kevin Brague represents individuals, students, and small businesses facing serious disputes, injuries, and violations of their rights.
His practice includes personal injury matters, sexual abuse in educational settings, education-related civil rights, and other disputes involving schools, institutions, businesses, and insurance companies.
Kevin understands that people often seek legal help during difficult and uncertain circumstances. His role is to listen carefully, understand what happened, and help clients evaluate the path forward. Depending on the matter, that may involve an administrative process, mediation, arbitration, negotiation, or litigation in court.

Kevin graduated cum laude from Arizona State University in 1998 and earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2002. After practicing with Portland-area law firms, The Brague Law Firm was founded in 2008.
As a trial attorney, Kevin has represented clients in matters involving businesses and insurance companies, as well as colleges, universities, trade schools, and K-12 school districts. His work has included representing people injured in automobile accidents, individuals involved in business disputes, and students and others pursuing claims involving abuse or violations of their civil rights.
At The Brague Law Firm, the focus is on understanding each client’s circumstances and providing experienced, direct representation through what can be a difficult process.
Justice starts with being heard.
